Public Comment Protocol

Public comment opportunities will be offered at least four times during the school or fiscal year and will be clearly noted on the GO Team’s webpage and meeting agendas. A minimum of 20 minutes will be reserved for comments at meetings where public comment is permitted and GO Team members will listen without providing responses or engaging in dialogue during the comment period. Each GO Team will maintain a consistent process for how parents and community members sign up to speak; to request time to speak, please email Dr. Kimberly Littlejohn at kim.littlejohn@apsk12.org. The community will receive at least two business days’ notice of the Public Comment Protocol to ensure transparency and participation.
