Public Comment Protocol

As the William M. Boyd Elementary Academy GO Team welcomes input from students, staff, parents and members of the community, each meeting will include an opportunity for public comment.  To have an opportunity to offer public comment, two options are given:

1. Join the GO Team meeting on Zoom between 3:10pm - 3:30pm to make a public comment to the GO Team. Community members will be given up to 2 minutes to speak, during which the team will listen, but not respond.
2. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you can also email your public comment to Secretary, Dr. Kim Littlejohn, at kim.littlejohn@atlanta.k12.ga.us and it will be read to the GO Team during the meeting.
