I am Rockell Y. McNair, a member of the William M. Boyd Elementary faculty.

My educational career encompasses over 25 years of experience.  Currently, serving as School Business Manager, I am grateful to maintain the opportunity to impact educators and students alike.  As the field of education has become more rigorous and demanding, I am even more devoted and vested in my craft. 

I firmly believe in building capacity and sustaining best practices.  I personally believe the only way to meet standards is by exceeding them!
